great stay but noisy neighbors

The staff offered us a quiet room on the top floor, which was a thoughtful gesture. We appreciated the complimentary water and the tasty sausage and biscuits at breakfast.

Some guests were quite loud in the hallway, which interrupted our sleep.

I had a wonderful stay while enjoying the great selection of breakfast each morning, and being just a short stroll away from the beautiful Kenmore Plantation and Gardens made my weekend city walks truly memorable.

The reception was cute and efficient. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, featuring a fridge and large TV. Breakfast had a nice variety and was served until 10 AM. The outdoor pool was a great place to relax. Highly recommend for families! 🏊‍♂️

The location is great! Right in the heart of a large shopping area, about 73 restaurants. And let me tell you, the staff was extraordinary. They were very understanding about my younger son being a handful, and they even provided fresh towels without me needing to ask. Plus, the breakfast was a real treat, tons of options, especially those waffles. Can't emphasize that enough!

Staff welcomed me warmly upon arrival. The room was big, clean, and had a comfy bed. Location couldn't be better, right near shopping and restaurants. I loved the breakfast options, especially the fresh fruit. However, the scrambled eggs were disappointing and tasted stale. The seating area during breakfast had some stains that could have been cleaned better. Overall, a great stay but some minor issues to address should be considered. No complaints about the service, though. They were attentive and friendly throughout my visit.

The room was pretty nice, overall clean and spacious, which was a plus. The bed was super comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. But the air conditioning was really loud—the fan noise was kinda annoying, and I couldn't get much rest. Too bad I got stuck in a handicapped room when I asked for a regular one.

Decent stay overall!

So we squeezed in a quick stay here. The room was really nice and super clean. The bed was comfy, and they had a solid free breakfast in the morning. Only annoying thing was the checkout staff didn’t seem very professional. Had this one lady in a jersey who just looked like she rolled outta bed. Made it a bit awkward.

This place suits me perfectly! The 24-hour reception, free parking, and fitness center are fantastic. I still remember how the staff helped me find my lost wallet on my first stay. I highly recommend it!
